What else can I say that has not been said - the words, the anger, the frustration, the fury? American Nightmare (later called Give Up The Ghost) were a band that helped reignite my love for hardcore. I've been told I have the emotions of a teenage girl more than once and I do believe that led to my love of the lyrical content. The power that the band put into their live performances never failed to amaze me. I was so disappointed when they left without much fanfare. While I doubt there is much left in them as a band now it was a true pleasure to get to see them one last time.
