stretching thin

from out of the blue I seem to be popular. not personally. but my work seems to all of a sudden be getting some positive response. this pleases me. a lot. but at the same time all of a sudden i don't feel like i have enough time to do anything. if you've dealt with models much you realize that they have the attention spans of 30 something men (like me) meaning that if you don't get them in front of the camera quick you probably won't. There is always someone else coming along that will grab the creative fancy. I really hope that i get as many of these lovely wonderful women in front of my lenses as soon as possible and that i'm capable of giving my best to them...

The Streets of NYC

Brooklyn on a Friday. Nice camera. Nice girl. Nice weather. Nice location. Some nice pictures before it goes wrong. The shoot starts in the streets under the Manhattan bridge. No one really seems to even be paying particular attention to our vinyl covered vixen ( see last post for the first outfit) when we decide to mosey into Brooklyn Bridge Park. I love the abandoned building to the left as you walk in as well as the ability to get the Brooklyn Bridge clearly into the shots. We are shooting with the outfit you see below and from out of nowhere comes the friendly (well not so friendly) neighborhood park security guy. To set the stage I'm pretty big... about six five and 240. This guy was wider than me...not as tall but not small either. He rides up in a gold cart and says "what's the purpose of this fucking shoot?"
no " how are you? what's up?" no "hey...that's a pretty girl but we can't have that here" nothing of the sort....my answer is "to get some pictures" he comes storming out with the "what are you a wise guy?" thing leaving me no real place to go but defense. he starts with the hands up near my face thing and i ask him to lower them...he does not follow my request. i then quietly tell him that if he won't put his hands down I will drop him...
this engenders a negative response as one might imagine...he goes to his supervisor and comes back with 5 other guys and they all look like they want trouble except the guy that turns out to be the boss...i explain to him my past employment as a member of ny's finest and let him know that my understanding of the laws for photos in nyc were that i just couldn't use a tripod for over 30 minutes but according to him brooklyn bridge park is a state park and subject to different rules that basically say that if they "deem a shoot commercial" it is prohibited...

In Praise Of Strong Women

It's been a busy week...I haven't had a chance to sit down and write but I have been fruitful with my time away from the blogosphere....
Had a chance to shoot two beautiful women this week. Had a chance to tie both of them up.
Think I made some pretty nice images...
What made these two different was that they are both pro dommes in NYC (Sindy on left, Sasha on right in case you've been bad) and I got both of their bondage cherries...hooray for me. Now anyone that knows me knows i love strong women...intelligent women...and thirdly beautiful women. I am also sexually dominant. That has never meant to me that I am better than the women i have played with. It just means that I've been lucky to have relations with women that are capable of dropping their guards and enjoy serving me in various ways just as I might enjoy doing things for them in the "vanilla" world. I have always thought that in order to submit one must be strong. Weakness is not submission...weakness is weakness. These two for me are mutually exclusive. A weak person can not submit since they have no strength. It's always made sense to me and in the intervening years since my first and last relationship with a weak woman (from 16-20) I have never again traveled down that path....
This brings me again to why I love dommes. I guess I really love switches and in my experience many pro doms are really switch but that doesn't change the fact that I love tying up a woman that I know in recent memory had some poor weakling shining their boots with a plug up his ass while she beat him with a riding crop. (not that this scenario actually happened with either of these two women in recent memory but I figure it's like Chinese family style - one from column a - one from column b)
In any event it's always nice to be trusted or deemed competent enough to be the first anythings...thanks ladies

i have long thought it would be amazing to shoot a Muslim woman - i generally think that they are beautiful and the mysterious nature of their head dressings adds to that I think. Probably mostly just the primal wanting of what you can't have but if any of you knows a kinky middle eastern woman get them in touch...
