I've gone through this before - this feeling that I need to post more - so here we go. I'm thinking to do some how to stuff in the near future. Do me a favor and write me to let me know the direction you'd like me to take this. I think behind the scenes with some instruction and of course photos of beautiful people and places sounds good...

Getting Over The Hump

Sometimes it seems that all i can think about is getting some new shots. Generally this happens to me when I get a new piece of tech. Often times I fall in love with that item for a short time only to move on to something else without ever getting the shot that i wanted. It keeps me going and looking and hoping to find some new skill set that I haven't explored before. Sometimes though it fails and I feel like I'm as hopeless as I was the first day I picked up a camera. Today is one of those days....

The Past Few Weeks

Every Now And Then

Every now and then I get the opportunity to shoot some "vanilla" stuff - and most of the time even if i think it's awesome the people that like my fetish work say "where are the ropes?" and often times I agree. This is one of those times lol - i would have loved to have this setting with these two awesome models and had them all to myself. But instead I was with a group of 25 at each place and shooting from the back since I was working the event and didn't want to interupt any of the paying students experiences.

Luna Around Madison Square Garden

Part of an on-going 34th and Nude Project - All shot during lunch time in and around 34th. As always Luna was amazing and showed no fear. Can't say thanks enough.

My Favorite Redhead - Another Old One

I need to get Shea back in front of the lens but since she's a rock star these days in the fetish world doing Rubber Fucker clothing, Troma TV, preparing to be a Zombie in the Apocalypse etc etc etc I never get to see her...Hoping that changes soon (not her being busy - but that we see each other soon....)

Lost Nuggets - Luna Vary

 I was doing my due diligence searching through my old images and doing some spring cleaning getting rid of files and folders that I will never look at again when I came across these shots form 2010. While waiting for other talent to get ready I did some simple shots of Luna-Vary lit only by a lamp with simple rope. For some reason or another - probably that I had tons of Luna shots up at the time - I never did get to post any of these...Enjoy.

299,000 Of My Regular Shots Is a Drop in The Bucket

 

So good friend and super gifted photographer Gabe B. of Ruinism got me to take him to the scene of a few of my urbanex adventures from the past - The Red Hook Grain Terminal. The property is much closer to Gabes than my place and we were joined by two of his long exposure compatriots that shall remain nameless unless they ask to be revealed. It's a wonderful site and I genuinely wish that it was easier to gain access legally as it would be an awesome place to shoot without having to worry about being chased by security.

I got a few keepers for myself by my own low standards in regard to land scapes (ok ok Gabe - "Night Scapes") but with some simple math you can see that I could have shot nearly 300,000 of my usual exposures if you just went by the time the shutter is open...lol

Very little PS on these images - Sharpening, conversion to B/W for those two shots, and cropping.

All taken with 5DII and a Sigma 15MM 2.8

In any event - i hope you enjoy a shot or two with no rope, no girl, and no flash
